Unboxing: 'Blushing Beauty' November BDJ Box

BDJ surprised their subscribers this month by sending out the November boxes earlier than usual!

The November BDJ Box, themed 'Blushing Beauty,' is filled with products designed to get you blushing like the beauty that you are.

The previous month's box was a makeup-exclusive box, so I expected this one to not have any makeup at all. Surprisingly, this one had both skin care and makeup inside :)

Items:
ZA Perfect Solution Cleansing Foam
Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss in 028 Sienna Sparkle
Canmake Powder Cheeks in PW05
Oil of Argan 100% Pure Moroccan Argan Oil
The Cream Factory Goat's Milk & Witch Hazel Bath Cream
Yves Rocher Naturelle Eau de Toilette
Saforelle Gentle Cleansing Care

Let's take a look at these items one by one ;)

The Cream Factory Bath Cream
I love shower creams and gels, so I'm really excited to try this out!
Oh, I know this will also be available at Sample Room soon ;)
ZA Perfect Solution Cleansing Foam
Another thing I'm excited to try! I got a sample of this through Sample Room too,
but I still haven't tried it yet. Will do as soon as I'm done with my current facial wash.
Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss
I'm not a huge lipgloss fan but I do like this shade.
Canmake Powder Cheeks
Lately I've been using more peach than pink blushes. This shade looks a bit too
light for my skin tone, though. Hmmm, I'll swatch later to check.
Oil of Argan
This is one of the most expensive items in the box. It's one of the things that my hair
needs the most right now, too. Haha. My recently-permed
and colored hair could use some loving ;]
Yves Rocher Naturelle Eau de Toilette
I like how this smells. Very fresh and light!
Saforelle Gentle Cleansing Care
This is actually just a bonus item, according to BDJ Box. A good one too, it seems.
It's said to be the leading feminine wash in Paris. Hmmm :)
Ed Hardy Woman
And as if the contents of the box aren't enough, BDJ surprised me again with a
50-ml bottle of Ed Hardy Woman! Apparently, they had their first BDJ Box Beauty
Lottery this month, and I was one of the winners. Cooool! Oh, BDJ. You and your surprises!

Was the two-month wait and the P580 fee I paid worth it? I'd say yes. Although I don't love this issue as much as I loved the Maybelline-exclusive box (hey, that one's an all-makeup box! Haha!), I still think this is a pretty good issue! The items inside are something I could and would really use. Almost everything is in full size, too. Even the bath cream by itself is already worth more than the sub fee! This Nov box is valued at a little over 2000 PhP, by the way, and that's excluding the price of the scent sample.

BDJ temporarily closed subscription because the Dec-Feb boxes are already sold out, but don't worry because subscriptions will resume on December 1, and the next Elite box will be released soon. Visit bdjbox.com and @BDJBox on Twitter and Facebook for updates!

The other week, I posted a question on my Instagram and Facebook pages asking you guys what you loved most about BDJ Box. Thanks to all those who answered!

And the winner of this November BDJ Box is Krisanne Bunyi! Congratulations, Krisanne! You'll receive the following items inside your box.

The Cream Factory bath cream
Revlon lipgloss
Yves Rocher scent sample
Argan oil
Saforelle cleansing wash
Canmake blush
ZA collagen cream

I'll contact you through Facebook regarding the shipping of your box :)

Disclaimer: One of the boxes was bought by me and the other one was received for free. The views and opinions expressed in this post are purely mine and based on my own experience with the products inside it.

  2. I still haven't subscribed to BDJ Box, but you've officially convinced me! Love almost everything in the November box, and lucky you to have won the lottery! :D Anyway, so sad the Dec-Feb boxes are all sold out. I thought I would've make it for the January box pa naman since it's my birthmonth. Will have to check out their Elite Box. Hoping it'll be worth the wait! :D
