Haul: Makeup, Nail Polish and Man of Steel???
Since my first ever online giveaway win, I've been on the look out for more giveaways and contests. Joining giveaways is fun, and it doesn't really take up too much of my time. Some contests, though, (like makeup and nail art contests, etc.) require a bit more time and effort, but they're a great way of challenging myself and getting my creative juices flowing.
Here are the winnings I've collected for the past three months or so.
Pond's Age Miracle Facial Foam
Pond's Age Miracle BB Cream
Essence Colour Control UV Make-Up Base
Essence Colour & Go nail polish in Flashy Pumpkin
Essence 3D Eyeshadow in Irresistible Mermaid Kiss
Essence Maximum Length Volume Mascara
Essence Stays No Matter What Waterproof Eyeliner Pen
Bobbie Kaleidoscope color-changing nail polishes in Fuchsia Pink, Cherie Red, Grey Mod, Indigo Blue and Lemon Souffle
You might be wondering why I mentioned 'Man of Steel' in the title. That's because I also won Man of Steel movie tickets last June! No, unfortunately I didn't win Henry Cavill himself (LOL that would be... weird?), but I did get to enjoy the movie for free with my friend Eyah, thanks to Nestle Crunch and Ms. Angela of lushangel.com!
These two Pond's Age Miracle products, I won from Ms. Ro's giveaway! Ms. Rowena is the blogger behind Animetric's World's, by the way :)
I joined her giveaway because I love Pond's. I'm a Pond's girl! *wink* Seriously, though. Pond's is one of the few brands that helped clear my skin from all the pimples I had from way back when. I've been a fan of their products ever since. They just work really well for me.
Up next are my prizes from Essence PH. I joined their Facebook sharing contest and won these items.
So excited to try these products, especially the mascara and eyeshadow, because I loved most of the items I last bought from the brand.
What I was most excited to receive were these nail polishes from Bobbie (Nails by Chic Centre).
This is one of Bobbie's newest nail polish collections - the Kaleidoscope collection. Don't be fooled by their plain appearance in the bottle. They are actually color-changing nail polishes! Yes, the color-changing polish trend has finally reached our shores. Bobbie is the first local brand to release a color-changing nail polish collection. I know BYS has color-changing polishes too, but those are way more expensive. By the way, these are temperature-based color-changing polishes. If you want to try the other kind, the solar-activated color-changing polishes, then visit Beauty & Butter and try the Ruby Wing polishes!
Aaaand that's it! I still need to claim my other prizes from the brands' offices. I'll just show them to you next time. Thank you so much, Ms. Angela, Ms. Ro, Pond's, Nestle Crunch, Essence and Chic Centre!! :)
