Are you subscribed to 'cutepolish' on YouTube? If you like cute and easy nail art designs, I suggest you go to her channel and backwatch (is there such a word? like 'backread?') her vids! She shares a lot of helpful tips and techniques. I am learning a lot from her, seriously! :D
Anyway, I tried to follow her Prom Nails 2012 tutorial a few weeks back, and here's what I ended up with.
I got a couple of LA Colors nail polishes about a month ago and decided to use the purple one for this design. I was actually thinking of going for a different color but since I had a new purple shade I was dying to try out, I decided to use that instead.

It's my first time to try LA Colors nail polishes. What caught my attention was the cuteness of their O.P.I.-ish bottles! I thought they were going to be a bit expensive (like same price range as Wet N Wild polishes) but they're actually pretty affordable at ~P80 per bottle.
I got one from the regular range and this one from the 'Color Craze' range, and I like this better because of its opacity! The regular one (which I got in a cream shade) is quite sheer for my liking.
This design reminded me of princesses in fairy tales, hence the title.
I don't have chunky glitter nail polishes in my stash yet so mine turned out a little bit differently. I also put the glitters just on the tips.
I think the results still had that princess-y and magical look to it.
And the design's soooo easy to recreate! Just follow cutepolish's tutorial! :D

I'm gonna try to do this in a different color next time.
That's it for now! What's on your nails today? :)
